How does it work?
From a Discovery meeting to a post-trip debrief, we will let your vision guide our planning.
Step 1: Send us an email or reach out through our contact form.
Step 2: We will reach out to set up a Discovery meeting, which will let us understand your vision and unique needs and expectations.
Step 3: Allow us 3 to 5 business days to build an initial proposal.
Step 4: From there, we do the broad strokes and then fine tune until your vision has been satisfied.
Step 5: Aerie will take care of arranging anything that you need, and track any important dates for installments, documentation, or any other requirements that ensure your trip goes as planned.
Step 6: Once your date approaches, Aerie will confirm all reservations with the different services providers for your trip.
Step 7: SET SAIL! Wherever you are, Aerie will be with you. Hopefully everything will go as planned, but if you encounter any issues during your trip, let us know promptly to make sure your concerns and expectations are addressed.
Step 8: We will arrange a post-trip call to hear your stories, and to understand what went well and what could’ve been better. We strive for excellence, and this can only be achieved through 100% customer satisfaction.
